Users up, revenue down. wtf is going on over there  

A loan running 13+% interest. And "cost cutting" that amounts to about 3-4 FTEs give or take depending on seniority. 

That interest rate to WesleyClover feels like just another way to bleed money out of shareholders back to the mothership insulating them from the fallout.

All hands on deck to try to portray this one as a well performing company going places. But, as you pointed out, 8.75 interest rate on top of the prime is just a nice sweetener to minimize one's losses. Just horrible, horrible performance looking at the rear view mirror and the millions of users they were counting on when developing and executing their old strategy. Not sure how one can ...more

yup stock will do sh!t...its at 3 and that's what it's worth..waste of time selling just another quarter to go through with maybe better results..a management change and some new ideas other than the lame product they have now..no way I'm selling at these prices so like many I'll just hang on until things change..glta

incorrect, total users actually declined in this quarter. The number of people using vantagedx increased in the quarter but the total Microsoft users decreased. " The total number of Microsoft users on all Martello products totaled 2.66M, compared to 2.76M in Q1 FY22. The decrease is related to the offboarding of a legacy GSX partner." Yes, that explanation says that they lose customers quicker than they acquire them. I would have thought it would be easier to sell a new product or an upgrade to an existing customer unless he went belly up. If they had a winning strategy that they could execute, they would never have to talk about 1 client in their variance explanations. The whole world uses MSFT and one organization from ...more
