Does anybody know if changes in executive management and board of directors are subject to mandatory newsrelease? I have not looked at in awhile, but definitely believe it is the case for directors. There was a newsrelease when he was appointed, so if he is no longer with Martello even if not mandatory, logically speaking....

Apparently not. The person that Danforth effectively replaced had the title of Chief Revenue Officer and left (or was fired) unannounced in Feb 2020. She is currently VP Sales for Xentral ERP Software in Amsterdam.

Yes, they absolutely are supposed to speak to changes regarding directors. This company is an absolute cr@p shoot. Mike Danforth was absolutely useless... could not name one thing that joker did
