Another private placement for 50ml shares. What's up. Is Wesley Clover going to attempt to take this thing private?

IMO it would be pretty low on the morality scale to allow this company to struggle for so long and then take it private at a massive cost ro shareholders if it starts turning around. I would expect better from the chair of the board, who unlike probably most shareholders has an infinite sized wallet, relatively speaking.
