Funds

Another 10 million shares is owned by Funds.  The only real seller is someone called Front Street whom has sold about 350,000 shares but the net buying is significant higher as you can see by the Institutions.

If a fund has this in their portfolio, then there's probably guidelines that not more than X% may be this. So if the price goes up, they gotta sell.

Simply You could be correct.  It appears that they own this stock in three different places under slightly different funds. I was surprised to see so many Institutions and even some Funds (10 million shares) in a stock that was under $1.  Under a $1 used to be off the radar screen for a lot of big investors, that is what is so intriguing about this stock.
