Not Quite Done Yet

The old Dragon is definitely flirting but I have this feeling that they are not done quite yet.  I'm hoping that the CEO isn't BSing us with the promise of a new contract to get them into the black.  I'm going to think about the glass being half full still and hope for an announcement of brighter days to come.  The Chief still likes the Dragon................

Chief, What are you smoking there? Where can we buy it? Obviously, it seems to have a spectacular effect. How many shares are they about to issue? 1.7M with warrants for another 5 or 6M? In other words, such ridiculous dilution at this low price. Keep an eye out for who's purchasing these shares and warrants. Typical insider and corporate malfeasance at work; hopefully the SEC, complicit ...more

So the float will be around 10 or 11 million shares total when all warrants are exercised. Still very low. They are not in a position to raise money at elevated prices. They have to grease palms and make the big boys money. Look at the trading in the past month. How can a company with hardly any float trade such big volume per day? They need money to survive presently and their breakeven revenue ...more
