Once they give the nas a plan by Dec 1 , they will have to the middle of April to be compliant. Most these rules are bullcrap to me. What they should do is outlaw naked shortselling. Biggest sham out there for a fair market in my opinion.

This cannot be good, usually before good news a stock goes up, then news comes out. This is a big drop today , I know volume is pretty light , but do you think those in the know are selling some ??? Or do you think this is still the shorters ???
