Well , it was a beauty. Anyways, my takeaway. They might be close to announcing a channel partner for the Asia region which they badly need because of the presence of Nokia. They didn't receive some payments that they had expected, on time. I asked if since recapitilization  a year ago , had they been approached by another company for a possible merger or buy-out. Mr. Allen said no. I also pointed out to him that the last time revenue was this low was q4 2012.
Sounds like to me, they have a decent product but are just too small of a fish in a very large ocean of competition. imho

Thank you, so do you think even if they had any offers they would accept, or are they just to pigheaded to see that they are just a very small. Player what do you think the value of their patents are worth ??

Not a shareholder but agree they are a small fish in a large ocean. Work for one of the big 3 telcos in canada and none use Dragonwave products, mostly Ceragon and Ericsson. One of the smaller competitors I know of used Dragonwave but recently switched to Alcatel/Lucent.
