Major management issues

We have a good product, we have contracts (hard to know for sure) but we have no money to build parts.... that is major management issues and serious lack of vision. What are your thoughts?

Okay , here's the thing, Worst performing stock in the last year on the whole tse, if you take in their 25 to one share consolidation. Management owns virtually nothing. They have never bought a share on the open market. Every single contract win has not been backed by revenue numbers. A person would have to be insane to buy this stock. inho
