Lowest Cost Lithium Producer

Desert Lion is quite likely the World's Lowest Cost Lithium Producer.  The average cost of Labour is 1/5th of Canada or Australia, 1/3rd of Argentina or Chile and 1/2 of China.  To build the Flotation processor in Namibia it is 7MM vs 56MM in Canada or Australia.  Take a look at Nemaska which may have the same tonnage as Desert Lion.  Market Cap 550MM and 800MM to build the full processing plant, whereas Desert Lion when ready, if not taken out will build for 200MM.  The World's Lowest Cost Lithium producer will make money this year.  Market Cap is way undervalued at 60MM

You have put out some compelling numbers for sure__BUT the Market Cap is WHAT the Market Cap IS__as determined by Mr Market of course. Hate to bring it up__but VERY likely the Valuations given to Desert Lion going forward may suffer from the same dreaded Forbes&Manhattan lead weights which predictably seem to result in Chronic undervaluation of their Market Caps eh?

However recently they hired a COO so Tim can spend more time telling the story. Also old Camex shell and early cheap paper guys were dumping because thats what's they do. Great for us picking up cheap paper. Bad for the few ...more

TrueStar__when you Post "Not Likely"__that Desert Lion could suffer from the same Chronic Under-Valuations which seems to afflict Forbes&Manhatten companies__I truly wish that were the case! The problem with this is that I do NOT personally know of ANY F&M controlled company which is NOT trading at what seems to be chroniclly low Market Cap/Valuations__so do YOU know of any ...more

Red Deer, if you are short the stock, I would cover as the upside isn't that great and sellers are running dry. This CEO Tim Johnston is running the company and the fact that there is some bad sentiment about F&M will not cloud the fundamentals of the company. With a 60MM Market Cap it won't take much to move the needle as there just aren't a lot more sellers but there are more ...more

For what its worth I can assure you that I have NEVER shorted anything in all the decades I have been investing__and I most certainly will NOT be taking up such a bad habit at this late stage in my game!!!!
