DLI/LPD Merger
There are active discussion threads by LPD stakeholders on www.hotcopper.com.au
DLI stakeholders are welcome to join the discussion. You will note from the comments that contributors are respectful and constructive in their comments and criticisms.
If the merger proceeds, the new LPD company will become a vertically integrated chemical company, operating in the lithium space, with proprietary technology that will provide shareholders with a distinctive advantage.
The LPD capital raising (completed last week) was over-subscribed, indicating strong investor confidence in both the talent of the management team and the prospects of a successful future.
I encourage DLI shareholders to learn more about LPD, its technology and management team. I'm sure you recognise the bright future that awaits.

Since LPD does not trade on Canadian exchanges, to my knowledge, how will we trade the shares when they are exchanged for DLI? Alan
