Be cautious - financing not yet closed

DM first announced a best efforts financing of up to $10.0 million. Then they announced that they had priced it at $0.65 per share to raise up to $8.6 million. Let's see if they manage to close on that amount - a lower amount would not be encouraging?

Do you know when the financing closes? I am optimistic that it will go as scripted... I think they usually know in advance roughly how things will play out..... and this is really just chump change for the players......

One would think that they are counting on this financing getting them to the PFS which should hopefully result in a higher share price. It will be intersting to see If Anto and Wal take up their shares.
