DM was only able to raise less than $7 million gross even though they seemed to want $ 10 million AND the price was only 65cents.

ALSO it appears both Anto and Wallbridge declined to exercise their pre-emptive rights to pick up shares at this low price.

Scary when those in the know show how reluctant they are to invest more money in DM.
Makes one wonder if there Is bad news coming.
