checkin in
more than likely we will see a very positive PFS
it will be structured in a way that discusses how to operate the first years/startup with attacking the higher grade spots with a lower cap ex ... banks want this
then will discuss the overall mine life projections...est at 100 yrs and the plan
to fire this up all the way...billions of dollars are needed...they will need to sell consentrate as early as possible...CESL is proven amd will happen....green light
getting from here to permits will be the challenge...Polymet still is waiting on the governmental offices to figure out their jobs and understand mining techniques
IRR wil be 26-30% using high grade deposit first, but keep in mind...we have still 80+% of the acerage still to drill out ... there is PGMs in dem hills boys,,,and millions of ozs of dem
DM will buy Teck's deposit years down the road
This valuaton for the PGM ozs in the M&I category is way off kilter...They are valuing this at about 3 bucks an oz
the more DM/TM works toward de-risking this deposit the better the market will understand this company...a lot of the investment world have a difficult time with PGM deposits valuation...if we had just gold of 25 million ozs...we would be valued at about $30 bucks in the ground...what the market does not get is that PGMs per oz...are actually worth a bit more, but for conversation sake...let's just say all is =. Yes, this is worth 10 times where we are...hope many of you loaded up more at these levels.
PFS will be a catalyst

our so called jv partner supporting copper/zinc exploration up in Nunavut...See V.BAY......also don't believe the PFS is going to disappoint.........I think the delay is more so due to restructuring as to maybe another new jv partner or a large mining company to maybe buy all........Glencore or TECK????

My guess is that Teck could be very interested....this could be a cheap deal for them. all imho.
