Have a look at ACR.UN. Mostly industrial properties around Houston plus some in Toronto and Austin. Over 9% return and has held up well over the past couple of months.

chart seems to say $8 needs to hold, and it may want to test the lows.. still watching for an add, missed D.un move, could they pull a similar move on the global reit to bring out value? who knows, regardless still seems like a decent long term investment at the right price. Bea
