Reits and market fears

I would expect more upside across the board for reits. Reits were out of favour pretty much we saw the bottom. I dont see interest rates going anywhere. I dont believe the rosy picture we are hearing from the US side. US exports are getting hit when I see it cheaper to import produce from places like Chile than the US, tourism getting hit state side, canadians now usiing home airports rather flying out from border us towns. All this sums up that the reits as a group are very cheap and undervalued. Picked up some nice reits I felt had great value that included DRG.. Bottom line the US will hold off any interest rate increase and we may see a retraction going forward. This can only be good news for reits in general. In hindsight the indicators were all there for the past month to load up in this sector.
