Greetings,

I am a new owner and poster regarding this stock. 

I spend six weeks in Germany in the spring (Stuttgart and Potsdam/Berlin) and the economy there looks very strong. Commercial buildings seem fully leased and generally seem well maintained. I also found food, rents, and other costs to be relatively low in Germany compared to Western Canada. which I guess is due to the Euro/Cdn $ exchange.


I think this reit will be a solid source of dividends and growth. Good luck to the longs.

Thanks for the 'boots on the ground' insights about Germany. I really like this REIT for all the obvious reasons. I've been holding DRG.UN for approx 2 years now and I am very happy to continue to collect my big yield here. GoodLuck to All

Place expression of interest for 1500 shares. Already have 3000+ shares .. The CAP rate on the new acquisitions is good ..  getting rid of the debentures will be good (save on interest) ..  In November 2016  - City of Hamburg should move into the space created by the insolvency of previous tenant ..  Also from March 2016 - rent from Deutsche Post was increased by 4.3
