Why all the smoke and mirrors on this deal?
Why didn't they just buy it at a premium? Whenever a deal is complicated, I believe that they are trying to baffle investors and then I look for who is going to benefit from it. My understanding of this deal is that some big money is trying to get it for nothing or almost nothing, which raises the question of what is the real value? We had to be on the radar of some other pro-pot companies that would like the 100skus and know-how that come with. For sure we needed management that respects shareholders but our potential Sugar Daddy is a private company which may mean good business sense or they haven't gone public because they don't want to be answerable to public shareholders and reporting requirements. When the magic saviour shows up, the magic is making the value dissappear. glta and dyodd

dont be fearful, the more research I do on rose capital the more im confident we will be laughing to the bank, my average is .13 and rose capital has a serious portfolio of products, by the time BR completes the takeover im sure the sentiment around US mj stocks will change, leading us to a 2x bagger on open
