and so it begins... Goodbye Khiron JV.

Well now... not a peep from Management since Br Brands merger/halt. No Dixie Products in Canada via Auxly agreement and now Khiron JV TERMINATED! The dominoes are beginning to fall. Those who believe the halt is a good thing for us....i believe may be sadly mistaken. All too reminiscent on Wayland Group Corp.

To my knowledge nothing has happened for that JV so far, or am I wrong? Many of those expansion plans of 2018/2019 of most cannabis companies are now delayed, downsized or cancelled. I see this more as evidence that the time of big plans funded by unlimited equity is now over. Companies have to focus on actually pulling in revenue from their core markets first and solidify their business. Of ...more

you're correct... the JV hadn't amounted to anything substantial... SO FAR. If anything... the only benefit was lip service to the Kuida brand, which was a secondary income stream for Khiron until LATAM legal barriers were removed. The POTENTIAL for Dixie was very significant. First mover advantage (as CPG) in LATAM once legally entitled to do so... and utilizing Khirons distribution ...more
