Filing delay part II.

yikes!!! Well this is getting ugly! I was getting upset about all of this.... now i am getting scared. Can't seem of of a way to think this is a good thing. Using COVID as a scapegoat??? Seems they had no trouble pushing through all the legal paperwork with regards to the Br Merger though... hmmmm. Yes... the "proposed" merger... which... if falls through... Dixie Brands will be on the hook for 6.5M?!?!?!
