Can someone teach me I will get dividened pay if I buy today(Nov.27)? thanks

I beleive so, it's normally 3 days before to be sure. Today should get you in at a good price. Tomorrow I'm not sure it it will work or not. Today should be fine. Might get more to offset some loss and get divy as well.

"On October 30, 2017, the Company's Board of Directors declared a monthly cash dividend of $0.1711 per common share to be paid on December 15, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 30, 2017." The record date is Nov/30, so the ex-dividend date is Nov/29. If you want the Dec/15 dividend then you need to buy before the market closes on Nov/28. .
