S and F You sure know how to work up the board, but I think ENB will be trading at a much lower price than it is now when and if it comes time to do the share swap. It looks like they will do all they can, to do this deal as inexpensably as possable. After all the offer was only % on an already depresed share price.GLTA

That was my thinking when they made the offer for the subs.  As far as the vote goes,  It  doesn't matter if ENB owns 95% of ENF,  ENB is EXCLUDED from voting.  That means  in plain English,  they are not allowed to vote their ENF shares.  This topic was already covered extensively in previous posts so that means the vote is in the hands of the large

CHECKMATE77, I live in Northern Ontario. Where is your proerty located? Don't be so sure something might happen with the original offer. It won't be easy as all the backscratchers will be all in favour if it - underwriting opportunities down the road, but stil there is a fair chance we see a little massaging of the original offer...one thing for sure, I will vote no to the existing offer
