Enb should not be allowed to trade its enf stock?
As long as it has a purchase proposal on the table for the public shares of enf.........imho if enb owns 20% of the shares they can unduely influence the price movement of the stock because they are rolling in their own shares anyhow........enb shares of enf should be held in trust by the specual committee until conversion is conplete.....imho
