Motley
Dude on Motley Fool is saying to sell ENF, claiming ENB has majority, and the buyout is a given.
The problem is that they don’t. According to their org chart, ENB owns 19.9% of the holding company ENF. That, combined with their standalone shares, gives them a simple majority ownership of the fund itself - but no control without ENF support.
of course, ENB will own or control all of the downstream components of the fund so it may not mean a lot, but the vote is not guaranteed.
Waiting patiently for the committee’s findings....

Fool has no credibility they are paid by investment firms, companies and promoters to hype stocks ! Always take due diligence when reading b.s. promotional propaganda.
