Its too early to call it a rip off?
Enb will need to file a formal offer on sedar and the special committee will need to have its opinion on that formal offer so we as enf shareholders can vote on it . This what enbridge put out i think they called it a proposal.....so like i said its a bit early to say rip off......more like a trial baloon sent out by enb......little doubt the vote will be no for that offer.
