I fear that Fiddy is wright ! if you are above your break even it May be time to geat out and look for monthly divs. in outher stocks! We are getting well and truley screwed. GLTA

You imagine you're getting screwed because for some reason you think you're entitled to get rich on this. You aren't because you aren't. The deal is fine, we will come out ahead (do the math) ... unless the buyout fails, in which case ENF becomes a lame former-receiver of ENB dropdowns. .

I'm doing smoething similar, except converting to ALA Instead of getting 0.7 ENB shares for each ENF, I can sell my ENF at a small loss (my b/e is same as yours), and effectively get 1.15 shares of ALA for each ENF. This increases (not decreases) my dividend to just about 10% :-) Whatyda think of that? Cheers, -RK

A pox on all these energy companies-- buy BBDb or GOOS. Mine have almost doubled this year. Heck, even CCO is up recently after a short-sell campaign.
