Yup. Everything I read on the porject pointed to this as the logical decision. MN PUC could not logically have taken any other decision. Queue the endless protests, but I see no way this project gets stopped. It is critical energy infrastructure for USA. Maybe the US government will have to buy the project like Canada bought KMI's TML expaansion line haha..
