that either someone is accumulating or this is being manipulated. Whenever the bid gets taken out a pile of shares show up immediately to fill the void. It would make sense to me that if allowed to trade normally or if someone wanted to get cheap shares, they could easily allow this to drift lower, but it appears that the price is being propped up somewhat. I don't have access to level2 so I can't see if it's always the same house involved or not. Anyone see a pattern involving the same houses? Secondly, does anyone have access to the trading activities of the houses on that 5 million share day last week that they could post? Any pattern there as to who was accumulating and who was selling? Something triggered the big volume.
Again, to me it points to someone accumulating or manipulating the price for some yet identified gain. This doesn't seem to be normal trading in my opinion.

Pretty normal trading....I would get used to it.If a stock just went up and down on current bid/ask, well geez, that would sure make it easy. This is the venture exchange, all of these stalks are very thinly traded and yes manipulation is always happening. Why, it can, and it has 2. Could be traders manipulating traders, large funds trying to build a position. whatever the case, if you are ...more

Don't sweat this. EMI is going up, wait until CINs results come out. EMI has the best postioned project to the Wicheda property of Spectrum (after CIN). We will be rewarded for our patience. This is a bargain basement price.

the markets are manipulated-the more you trade the more apparent it becomes.

No doubt emi has had a few rough days but it doesn't look like there is any particular house selling and I can't see any big trades most are like 5 and 10k the odd 25k I kind of suspect as we approach month end the need to raise money by some people may be more of a factor than anything.
