Market jitters
Markets always get jittery about sudden changes in management, which is why well run companies always make such announcements well in advance to demonstrate that it is part of a planned process and doesn't spook investors.
I see Sprotts hand in this. I speculate that they are not satisfied with the lack of progress and have decided that a shuffle mof the deck is required for them to stay interested. Unlike myself and probably most posters here, Sprott's opinion carries a lot of weight with management, which I why I am always happy when I am invested in companies where they have a position. They are not passive and simply will not stand for slack management. If they eevr pull out though, it's time to follow them. GLTA
