Great time to buy

I have ECN on my buy list.  My target is $2.85-$2.90.  With tax loss season it will present a great time to buy seems to be undervalued at these levels.  All the best, Charlie.

It is hard to fathom how much ECN has dropped. I guess being a small cap company the swings both high & low can be rather dramatic. It is not like they are going bankrupt or have tremendous debt. Now manufacturing house might slow with the rising rates but people still need places to live. I also think there growth in the boat & RV industry will just continue to expand. I have been ...more

I can't see why the manufactured home sector would slow down. There is a high concentration of mobile homes in Florida and many were destroyed by Hurricane Ian. At some point, these homes have to be replaced with new mobile homes because 1) many of the damaged homes cannot be repaired, especially the middle-aged and older mobile homes, 2) there is still strong demand for to live in the areas ...more
