Woolford went in on one-third of that PP that closed recently; He bought 3,000,000 @ $0.05: $150,000.

Another thing I didn't see posted -- I can't find the page anymore, but if someone else can confirm if they'd seen it -- the PP that closed in early January with 3,000,000 shares issued @ $0.08 for $240,000 in proceeds -- I did read somewhere that there was only one placee for that issuance.
