Cant wait

This babys gonna fly and when it does I'll remember the names on this board . Get ready for the bashers and haters . I love this gamble.. " gaaaamble on gamble "

This "baby" is a full grown person still reeling and struggling to get back on its feet after the massive blow it suffered in the Evia debacle. Let me guess you bought at the recent .06 - .065 highs and just can't contain your excitement and simultaneous nervousness of being down 30%? You need to re-read Gamble's statement and plan to average down... LATE THIRD QUARTER, i.e ...more

UN rooftop project in Ghana is supposed to begin in Q2 I believe. There is more than one contract to be optomistic about. Glta

Acutally , I bought in at .08 and averaged down, should have sold at the high . I am optimistic , ofcourse... but things are moving . Evia was the past , learn from your mistakes and move forward. I also look back at what he said about developing country's back in 2014 and now its finally happening , it's his dream .. if you could grasp your dream wouldn't you do anything you could ...more

SO WHATS EVERYONE VOTING YAH OR NAH, what the pros and cons are for long terms. and my past luck with splits have been 1 for 6 i hit conerstone metal(not pumping but FVAN for anyone that cares to check it out) the rest have been peny splits up for split and right back to the price before the split lol ffs so i am a no for that one i like the 60 mill shares apposed to 300 mill outstanding. open to ...more

If the sp jumps on big news prior to the vote then I am a yes. Otherwise I am probably voting no. Until things start rolling I don't think a RS is a good idea. With that being said Gamble has indicated that they wouldn't necessarily carry out a RS immediately upon approval....

This makes the most sense. I Dont care if we have to wait a month to do a rollback after we hit .20 but I do care if it is 6 months from now and everything has been pushed into 2020 and the only way the company can keep going forward is a rollback and then raise. I feel like they would very reluctantly do so because of the insiders who would be majorly burned on it with us but if they have to they ...more

i know this is stupid question but what is target price roughly after split if sp stays at .045. also thanks for your inputs on voting appreciate it
Comment by frewil11 on Apr 11, 2019 3:28pm
5 for one it would be around 5 times to what it was trading at so around .20 , and then it will start to grind back down from there , thats what I usually see anyways.
Comment by SHOWMEURKITTYS on Apr 11, 2019 3:59pm
makes sense when you put it that way. awesome thanks again GLTA

I don't usually subscribe to conspiracy theory thinking, but, something doesn't sit right with me on this "management needs the ability to have a 5 for 1 reverse split option some time in the next 12 months" logic.  They say they need this to encourage more interest in the stock.  No large investment funds are going to invest in a $0.20 stock if they won't in a $0 ...more

This why it will happen months from now, they expect the price to improve on solid contracts and money.
Comment by not2old4this on Apr 12, 2019 2:00pm
Yes, including it in the meeting this month so once the price moves they can pull the trigger without the hassle.
Comment by NewMoney76 on Apr 12, 2019 4:04pm
What you guys are saying makes sense.. The issue is trusting them not to pull a RS at the wrong time after it is approved. I would feel better if they had some type of condition attached to the approval...
Comment by Minitat on Apr 12, 2019 5:24pm
I have to agree with NM76, with the term "at the wrong time" being the operative qualifier.  EHT management, as good as they are, stepped into it prematurely when they announced the EDC approval to Ghana.  Hopefully they learned heavily from that, and make the right choice at the perfect time for all future decisions.  I am currently somewhat hesitant to read NRs from EHT ...more

That's your opinion, not fact.  Once approved Management can pull the trigger whenever they want.  And as far as I'm concerned, that's a dangerous amount of power to have.  A reverse split never works if the purpose is to make the share more attractive.  A solid bottom line is the only thing that will do that. Cheers.
Comment by JETS7 on Apr 13, 2019 1:56pm
Yes it’s my opinion, and I do believe I will be far off, they will not do a split for at least the fall or if things turn around real quick. As far as management having the authority to do a split, that is what they are there for if believe it’s in the best interest of the company.  A long with all the board and all share holders for debt they likely have  almost a majority of the votes ...more

I trust management in large widely held organizations.  I don't trust them in small outfits like EHT.  Added to that the current management has been involved with several suspensions etc over the years via other outfits they have been directors of and it doesn't give me a warm and fuzzy that they will be working in my best interest. They may be the best sort of people with the ...more

YOU NAILED the end there... they think a 5 - 1 split will put them over a buck.. HMMMMMMM rare gem here to make some cash
Comment by wannaberichguy7 on Apr 11, 2019 8:53pm
I am in the same boat . Yes only if big news . No until things start rolling .
Comment by not2old4this on Apr 11, 2019 10:49pm
Need to have votes in by the 26th. Gamble is aware that a consolidation at this price is a waste of time. A vote yes for it will allow the board 12 months to do the split if/when conditions are favorable for it. So you can guess which way my votes are going.
Comment by TriumphSpitSix on Apr 12, 2019 2:06am
Evia most certainly is not the past. The event happened in the past but the effects continue even to this day. The negative financial position they have been in ever since that happened is the reason they failed to receive EDC approval and now have to go a'courtin for another dance partner to get this project off the ground, maybe by the end of this year. If that's not current and relevant ...more
