This is why insiders have bought so much of the company lately??

I doubt they are spending 100,000's of dollars on shares recently because the company is going under.


more likley the opposite they know big things are coming..

Agree,  if they buy too close to the good news they might be accused of insider trading which is the illegal practice of trading on the stock exchange to one's own advantage through having access to confidential information.

If it wasn't for David W I probably wouldn't have stuck around here. Not too many smal cap companies can boast such insider ownership. Waiting for this has been difficult but I still think this is a good play, especially at these prices. Jmo

I was on my way out as well until recent insider activity. I will hang around until end of October if nothing then I will exit stage left.

It's a minor semantic point, but insider trading technically involves company staff (or friends and family of a company insider) trading on the basis of "material nonpublic information" i.e., information relevant to the company's performance and share price which would presumably be made public at some point, but that an insider (including friends/family) profits on before public ...more
