I doubt an insider would sell at two cents , with the money problems and share structure the way it is this company is in trouble, as much as I didn't want the RS to happen its what they needed to do.

- No sorry ( frewil11 ) RS is never a good solution..... - If he melts it , he condemns the company....

Next to impossible to get financing at .05 in this market and pandemic world so no choice but to raise at current price, and when they do that they need to give shareholders a chance to take part. We had a week to do that, now I'm sure insiders have signed up for the balance. Doesn't complete overnight, a lot of paperwork and new share application etc

One of the criteria for the TSX to allow financing below 0.05 per share: "the offering is made available to all of the issuer's existing shareholders to the extent the issuer is able to rely on the "existing shareholder exemption" contained in Multilateral CSA Notice 45-313 Prospectus Exemption for Distributions to Existing Security Holders"

So if no shareholders took advantage of the offer during that week then it's opened to insiders/institutions/non-shareholders

The funds are also required to be used for company operations, not management fees/pay

This looks like an opinion. Not to be used for investment research. For those worried about the recent capital raise, see my quote below

You quoted 2 words from a NR and the rest is your worthless opinion. My posts are quotes of TSX rules. What an idiot
