AGM Jan 19th 2021 is the day

From watching our SP for the past while, I hope a marjority of us agree that we really really need to reduce the amount of shares. It is painful to watch all other shares grow like crazy upon good news except our shares. Why? A lot of those stocks doesn;t even have any revenue yet. We have upcoming revenue backlog.

The market shows that having between 150m and 80m shares would be the right armound shares to have. The end goal is to significantly reduce the amount of shares. Due to the company is not in a postion to buy back shares, the next best alternative is to consolidate shares. I would say 5:1 or 4:1 even 3:1 revese split will do good. Eventually, less shares will be in the hand of day traders. The share will hold its value. Price will finally go up.

We need to act in the coming AGM to make sure it happens. General public controls 87.5% of shares. I don;t know who has the final say, the board or the general public. Anyone knows? If the board has the final say, we need to write to John Gambie, Bruce Bent and David Woolford, the three board members before the AGM.

You newcomer consolidation touters are off the mark. Also touting that revenue is coming. Why does anyone think the promises they are making now are any different than the literal hundreds of promises they've made the last few years that have never materialized. Multi million market cap, and barely a 6 figure annual revenue. They've had several photos and videos posted in the past making ...more

Yes. I am a new comer don't know the history of this company. It is disappointing to hear. There are plenty of companies in Venture don;t make any real money, but SP way ahead.I see this company is not in any way different, except the number of oustanding shares. FD $14 today, 600K revenue, 7m expense, all pumped by news after news, but they only have 94 m shares. All things being equal. The ...more

Well I would love to say I hope you're right and something is actually different this time, but I've almost lost hope for this one, because it still looks like the same story they've been playing for such a long time. So I hope you and others just don't put money into this that you aren't truly willing to lose if they play the scheme a bit longer before a bankruptcy. Its a huge ...more

with all of the doomsday foretelling and a downright hate-on for eht as an investment opportunity I get the impression '2old' person's time would likely be better spent..........selling

He holds no stock , he simply bashes the company at every oppurtunity. I mean what idiot would countinue to publicly bash a stock that they own ? Most likley a shorter , it would be nice if EHT generates enough revenue to sue such posters for defamation and slander. I have the scalliwag on ignore and I suggest others do as well.

thanks 'oden'! agreed the '2Old' hidden agenda is way too obvious....complete waste of time -ignore activated

Hmm scalliwag. Where have I heard this before? Looks like we have a bunch of the same old posters pumping here with new names. More proof nothing has changed with this company. There's no slander when you state obvious info that anyone can see by some simple research. Ignore all you want, I own plenty of stock but most aren't my own money anymore so I'm happy to vent frustrations and ...more

You seem to spend a lot of time here bashing to drop this by half a cent. Lol.

If you're talking to me, I don't spend much time here, and I have no interest in a price drop. I'll retire if this rockets. But myself and many others are tired of the lies when money could have been invested elsewhere. I can DM pics of my AGM package if anyone truly questions my motives.
