Who do I complain to?

Winduler group will have controlling shares of company when they have their  25 million shares. Or do they after John gamble gives himself 5.4 million shares? Is this your game. How does any of this benifit us? Nothing has been done to dilute us again. So I wait and complain at agm after it's to late. What's the rush to give options?
