Is there any credibly audited partner, or JV, or any agreement for backing that's worth the whatever it's written on?  Show us the books, the financial statements, their actual contribution to any completed project.

Is there an operation that is more of an embarrassment to a securities regulator?  Is there even a more direputable securities regulator?

Well, the fact that you are bashing makes me wonder.  Because I know all you do is bash penny stocks, you and your gang of short bash rent boys.  And I also know you and the boys are often buying while you bash, or shorting while you bash.  You and your pals are usually a useful contraindicator.
