Cox & The Shorts:

Re:Cox & The Shorts-- The Answer to All Naked Shorts is Simple Have The Stock Before You Sell it? No Delivery you pay three times the price you sold it for--I believe they call that Treble Damages:Re: Cox & The Naked Shorts:
I will explain this to you One Time:

Options are a separate Bet from Long or Short positions:

A Book Maker would love the Government to be there to balance his books.

Options are on a separate exchange & have NOTHING to DO WITH CAPITAL FORMATION:

Book Makers adjust their bets by Price either High or Low depending on the action.

The Option market Maker does the same thing but has the advantage that our Government has allowed his books to be Balanced by Naked Shorting which is decidedly a One Way Bet.

If shorts had a diminished return by a reduced price for their bet they wouldn't bet the Works for a 10 cent return?

Capital Formation is a totally different Business from Options & is Protected because Exchanges want the trades even if it terrorizes the markets???
