Never posted before but am dying to read your responses to this...nothing? Is this sale the end for EF? Guessing by today's SP it is NOT good?

The 8th report of the monitor has stated the creditors will receive on average 85% of their claims.  This leaves zero value to the shareholders.We waited a long time, took a gamble and lost.  This is the game.We are lucky if we can receive a penny a share.I still believe if we were in the US, the directors of EF would be liable for the lack of timely information, withholding material ...more

disappointed yes... glad I took the risk .. sure. flow through shareholders are the only ones to benefit from this sale if GE actually seals the deal and honors the CRCE arrangement... their whole investment, correct me if i'm wrong, can be written off. but whatever, your right took a risk and lost. Time to move on. GLTYA
