Why do you keep pumping a takeout price of over $1.00? This mismanaged company has been trading under 30 cents for most of the year. Why would anyone pay a 400% premium for any company, let alone a penny stock microcap that is barely surviving? We'd be lucky to get 35 cents in a takeout. Get real.
