Look at you cost basis on the conversion TGA to EGY and have a heart attack , good luck at tax time

USA IRS requires each sale to be reported , i looked at mine on broker website and they grouped most . I can see it now IRS audit and old NEELY and EGY joker have problem ! My 1099 should be here this week . JMHO Hey why did Stockhouse do away with the TGA board ???? jmho

I thought that this was a non taxable merger, where do we get tax information for this travisty. They say i made money but i didnt see any money to pay taxes on ! Why is this so messed up with no where to get straight info?
