Hopefully they put the capital raise to good use and start to really scale the business. We need some good revenue growth and visibility to get volume and help chew through some of this overhang. Looking forward to seeing how management and insiders execute for the rest of the year. Its a nice space to be in. Data and Analytics is a very hot sector.

i guess they prepare everything for a takeover. otherwise it makes no sens to me why they convert the debentures.

Might need the coting majority to orevent a hostile takeover or to pass a shareholder resolution. You may be right though.
