No new info from conference call. Same old. Only one question from one analyst.  EL is takeover target, that is for sure. Will the offer will be in teens ot twenties or higher, that is the question.

Patterson will never let it go in the teens. I am thinking .20s-.30s or higher.

The CC did mention EL was expected to be cash flow positive in early 2020, partly due to cost cutting. I'm waiting for sales to grow significantly. $1M per quarter is quite paltry. Show me the money!

I doubt they make 2020 with 2 companies interested the way I understand it is if these big companies are interested in our tech it’s because they can use it across their huge platforms and make mucho deniero these big companies aren’t showing interest because of the revenue we are making off our tech they are interested in the money they can make off adding our tech to theirs and that’s a whole

Listened a bit until I was interrupted in my office and had to shut the speaker phone off during the first caller. Yes nothing new than what I read about. Two things I have a big suspicion on....(1) attract a buyer with deep pocket (2)  raise cash for new developments. Glta...fmb
