Opportunity??

I guess it's just us bulls on this board, that see EL as an opportunity. The market is decidedly unimpressed. If the buyout does happen, we've probably got an easy double from here. But EL is getting zero respect from the market.

As confused as I am, I see few insiders did their own financing. Just may be they have faith in their company or has a master plan. I would guess they sold off from some private acct and hope to buy back for less. May be they're genuine insiders and this is the bottom...   fmb

I do not see any insider selling. Loeb Holding still holds over 17%
