I may need help for the vote

because, well I don’t really understand every words (I’m french and a rookie in the stock market vocabulary).

Where can we find information about each director? I don’t want to vote for a « name ».
Should I check all the « Approvals » FOR?

I think the shareholder will need to physically present in the meeting to vote according to their shares cut off date 9/20/2018 1. Brian Holmes, 2. Ismail Ramji, 3. John Peck, 4.
