Theft and Looting?

I just read the  news today reagarding an arm's length joint venture between Z and IncoR. The partner can earns an 80% interst in the bongara project by incuring a measly $3.7 million dollars over the next 3 years.

Z is also making a rights offering at 0.02 per share. I feel the current shareholders are being screw big time. I'm not a shareholder but I have kept Z on my radar for almost a year.

I've also been watching this stock for some time.  I was always weary of management and that the mineralization is oxidized.  Looks like shareholders are being wiped out here.  InCoR can obtain a controlling 51% interest by spending just $1.25M on the project??!  They don't even have to pay that to Zinc One, just into the JV.   And they don't even need ...more

Wow! I have never seen rights not trade on an exchange before and held hostage for free to another company if they are not exercised by current shareholders. Dont accept this deal shareholders !!!!! Either fight or leave Trevali is .30 ...more

Keep in mind how the OSC just let InCoR and Sentient RAPE shareholders of LEADFX just a few months ago. https://www.osc.gov.on.ca/en/Proceedings_rad_20181031_pearsonm.htm https://business.financialpost.com/news/fp-street/leadfxs-going-private-deal-is-an-opportunity-for-regulators-to-get-serious-about-shareholder-rights

In the article above by Barry Critchley...  I was the one that brought the Frontier Rare Earths consolidation to his attention.  He wrote an article about it and I complained to the OSC.  Amazingly the OSC told them to stop the proposal - which was to consolidate the shares by 9 million to 1 , with the 5 holders with over the 9 million to own the company, everyone else gets a small ...more

Was InCoR also involved with Frontier Rare Earths?? From my past experience, any involvement with InCoR is pretty much the kiss of death for any stock... A slow bleed until you are so far in the red that they can do whatever and get away with it. What's especially frustrating here is that our Bongara property is still pretty valuable... There is no point in giving it away! What' ...more
