following Village Farms' $5.94 million additional equity contribution on November 19, 2019, Village Farms' share capital account in Pure Sunfarms had been formally increased by $5.94 million.

Leaving aside the $20 m or so owed to Pure Farms by Emerald , at Nov 19, Village had invested $25.94 million and Emerald $13 million.

At that point, Village's ownership of Pure Farms increased to about 68 %.

Since then, Emerald has met its next and final loan instalment of approx $1 million which means that the current working interest of Village is 65 %.

Regardless of what amount of funds Emerald can raise in the future, Village's share of Pure Farms will stay at 65 % or increase depending on the resolution of the $20 m owed by Emerald due to violation of the product purchase agreement.
