Im wondering how Emerald can own %40 of sunfarms production and village farms owns %50. seems wierd.

can someone explain how this is?

i can see either village farms or emerald wanted to be bought out or form one larger company form here.

anyone have some input on this?

You're confused JG. EMH & VFF are in a 50/50 ownership agreement on the PSF operation. You've mistaken EMH's agreement with VFF to purchase 40% of PSF's 2019 production of flower, with EMH's ownership interest in PSF.

I also explained that EMH has an agreement in place to purchase up to 40% of PSF's 2019 production.
