I swear people don’t get it !

EMH has an agreement with VFF to have 40% of VFF ‘s production at Pure Sunfarms for 2019. If you add that to EMH ‘s shareof 50%, you have 70% of Pure Sunfarms production going to EMH for all of 2019. I can’t even begin to understand why EMH’s share price hasn’t been moving up big time.

Actually it is 40% of PSF production, not VFF In this agreement, Emerald will purchase 40% of Pure Sunfarms’ production in 2018 and 2019, or approximately 21,000 to 24,000 kilograms using current projected production targets, at a pre-determined price per gram.

so 40% of PSF total production and they still have 50-50% of remaining 60% of total production which will be sold under PSF brand. And revenue will be split 50-50 between emh and vff!

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but emh should receive 50% of the profit on 100% percent of the sales. I doubt that they are buying  psf product at any better price than anyone else and vff sure isn't going to want to go along with sweet heart deals that won't profit them. but the nice part is that what ever the profit is on that 40% puchase half goes back to emh. :^)

I believe PSF pays rent to VFF which would come out of those profits and go to VFF. My hope is that eventually EMH goes for an uplisting. Right now I am happy to accumulate at the low share price. Once people realize this is the other half of the JV that is Pure Sunfarms we should see some action. EMH produces value added products and once the government opens up the market for distillates etc ...more

I imagine that rent coming out of the revenue would go to who ever owns the property ( I believe thats VFF) the profit should still be split 50/50.  I too would like to EMH uplisted preferably sooner rather than later. (accumulate fast! :^) ) I think they report tomorrow. how do you think it will go?
Comment by Luckyman24 on Mar 13, 2019 3:50pm
They are not reporting anytime soon due to moving their financial office from Victoria to Vancouver. It will be delayed most likely to the mid or end of April. The revenue is expected to be very positive starting Q1 in additiong uplisting withing a few month.
