This company is a complete disaster, has fallen miles behind other companies that were way later in to the game
Does anyone realize their supply agreement with Pure Sun ends in 9 months?!
Other companies are making huge strides, yet emerald is doing bizarre related party deals, payments, ageeements?
WHO ARE ALL THESE WEIRD RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS BENEFITTING?

So what's your point Tex? When the existing agreement ends, EMH will just enter into another agreement to purchase more. Likely the full 50% or not, depending on what they need and can add value to. Your point is irrelevant, as no matter how much they purchase for themselves for Emerald branded products, the remainder sold under the Pure SunFarms brand will be 50% theirs as well.
