there is a rumor from reliable sources that Vff and Emh are going to be merging soon. I think Emh managment and big investors don't want the stock to go up in order to get easy vote to merge emh stocks 2 to 1 of vff. this is just my opinion and mark this post. Check my profile I have said the same on Sunridge gold and Nevsun which both sold to Chinese company in a year apart.

Interesting, curious as to the source of the rumor? I believe EMH and VFF compliment each other as they are both strong in respective fields and combined could form a dominate presence in the sector, with grow know how and science/development. VFF doesn't seem to be pursuing a brand of their own and focus is on farming. EMH has 2 greenhouses coming on line next qtr. With Hemp coming soon

Good Morning, Very interesting discussion. I have not heard any merger rumors about EMH and VFF. However as mentioned on more than one occasion I have made reference to a constant and deliberate attempt to control EMH's price. It is possible that it is being done as to facilitate a merger between EMH and VFF. The million dollar question is what will be the terms of the merger? Have times ahead

They say Buy on Rumor, so I did ! Amazin!  It would save EMH loads of time and money to just go with VFF on Nasdaq. Together they could grow to a $3 billion Market Cap easy! just my 2 cents GLTA!  all IMO!
